Raised in a small town in New Hampshire, Claudia is understands the built environment as a manifestation of social, political, economic and ecological systems. Her design approach works through an iterative process which emphasizes research, hand drawing, and model-making. Claudia believes in a place-based architecture that embraces local character, supports human narratives and engages with social and environmental concepts.
Claudia has experience working on both high-end residential and cultural projects; including for the Yale Center for British Art and Boston Symphony Orchestra Tanglewood. Claudia currently works at Thomas Kligerman Architecture and Design.
Claudia has taught undergraduate studio at Wesleyan University, and holds current positions as an instructor at the Institute of Classical Art & Architecture and Yale University.
